Absolutely , Do you have the address and responsible person for DOL,NSC,TSC? I just want to modify the letter and want to seek each ones responsibilty.

Not sure if anyone else has faced this so wanted to put this out: I own a home and have a loan on it since 2003 (I was on H1 when i took the loan), now that the ARM is about to adjust i am in the market for refinance.
There is however a question on all the loans underwritten by freddy/fanny asking for immigration status and if the answer is EAD the loan is denied. They even sent me an explanation of denial.....:confused:
I have refinanced with Wells Fargo without any issues. If you need more details, please PM me.

Most leaders are actually volunteers in IV. They have a regular full time job.
What you are saying: "who can take a flight to Washington DC on Monday morning, change the law by noon to issue GC to every EB category, have a lunch at Olive Garden, come back monday evening" :
For this you need to hire full time lobbyist which costs a lot
of money. IV budget is nowhere close to that the Hispanic lobby group:
National council of La Raza whose budget is
$40 million or $1.3 billion including its “affiliates” network.
IV is a tiny organization in front of La Raza. Thats....a BILLION with full time lobbyist.
I strongly suggest you listen to the audio interview to understand how big the hispanic

Beppen, I joined the conference a little late and heard of Sen. Brownback's amendments for extension of J1 visa rule and no cap for nurses/physical therapists in H1. They will reconvene at 2.00 again and present more amendments if there are any

I read in one of the Ron's post -CHc trying to stop even small immigration bills which has no amesty in it.So even the nurse recapture bill is at stake.
So ,I'm sorry -I beleive no one will even touch our case.Apply in EB2 port PD or get new PD either will be helpful .But seeing new backlog for I 140 its terrible.
I might apply for Canadian GC-Having kids here ,man they are adapted to this country living.That's the only thing bothering - kids future.
So this bill this year is at stake for sure.No one cares ...including change-what change there woudnt be any change in new party too.Its all drama going.I lost the trust.Its as if EB3 is not educated.
I'm just wondering-Will this problem be there if it were for ROW-or is it our color...that they dont want to aid.It's sure racism.
How many EB3 are there in total...Who asked them to flood the applications last year? :mad:

If its 2001 or 2003 ... ppl like me who r in EB 3 (with PD March 2007) will not get GC for next 4-5 yrs until and unless they spill Eb 1 cases evenly to Eb2 and Eb3...which is next to impossible :eek:

SriKondoji & I both being from the NE area we communicated through this thread possibility of car polling for DC and I received a call from him last thursday(Aug 9th) regarding this from some Ohio area code. So buddyinus I can at least assure you he was travelling at that time.

He mislead ppl on the other thread and ppl started booing him. What does this mean for new LC applicants. My ads went out last friday and I will be filing my LC in june end. I am in my 2nd year. Any suggestions ???
please help ! Employer has been dragging his feet else i would have applied before may. But now with all these should i just change my employer who will file my LC and I-140 with a month ???

from what i have gathered it seems that if USCIS issues a RFE or calls u for interview during adjucation they might ask for 2 yrs of tax filings of future employer to prove that it's an established company (although they are not suppposed to bring up 'ability to pay' issue which is already covered in approved 140 -- but being USCIS anything goes...).
i also wondered about the conflict of interest becoz it's your relative that u clearly identified in your G325 (Biographic) form -- but I guess if ppl are doing it then it's possible.
You can be self employed used that for AC 21 as per yates memo. In that case wht does it matter if you are working for your wife's company. since it allows you to work just by yoru self ( self employment == own your own company)
